No, absolutely incorrect. WR1 are connecting Adina to Renard with a simple mine road, like the road Stornoway built from 167 to Renard, (receiving assistance from Quebec govt and using same Cree contractor as WR1 are using.)
Winsome don't have to wait for the LGA road, but PMET do (for the southern route to market they almost certainly need for reasons @Helios11 has documented here.)
