It doesn't cost either party to keep the JDA current. As long as 4DS keeps heading in the right direction, WD will sign their page and in the absence of anything else, 4DS will keep signing their page.
It would be carnage for confidence in 4DS's tech and by extension, the SP if it wasn't renewed.
