I think the laws are geared that way, rather than judges being 'progressive'. but for sure the laws are skewed toward locking up children own remand and leaving violent perpetrators released to haunt their former partner, monitor and seek to control them and the kids.the number of murder suicides we've been reading about these last couple if years reflect quite an increase.imo the laws need to keep people safe. in this the laws don't seem to be working

indeed I have but if you are suggesting that your response to @walbrook was either of those you clearly don’t understand them. - you didn’t empathise - you actually contradicted him in your opening sentence with that comment about the law. The original post had suggested it was judges. You twice suggest it is a problem with the law. How the hell is that empathy? And why did you say it if you knew it was wrong?
