My view on the UBS Report's Clarity related comments!Isn’t it a bit ironic that on the one hand, the analysts talk up the Telix pipeline and highlight the potential catalytic effects that some of their candidate products that are still in phase 1 may have, while in the same report, they join in dismissing a competitor on grounds including that they (the competitor) is ‘late’ in the game! This, at at a point when this ‘late’ comer has a candidate product that is in phase 3!
Does coming in late mean you are going to find nothing left! Will cancers stop developing, now that Telix is in town? If so, why then does Telix even has a thing called a pipeline? A pipeline to what or where, if getting there first is all that matters?
Perhaps Chris (Telix CEO) was cornered and hadn't had time to prepare, but the Analysts had time to read through all of this!
Anyway, here is what the Telix CEO said a few months ago in March, when asked about about competition in general (Telix is competing with others), as well as Clarity in particular! Start at 18:40.
