Hi vulture,
Price rise on that share is impressive in the lats days.
( wish that 1.04 dollar price was real... )

Could have 2 reasons.
First one, the slight cynical one, would put it towards a pump towards option expiry in Feb.
150mil more shares which would be sold then at a great profit if price would be pushed up. Hence the danger of a falling price at that point in time.
Its common practice and nothing new.

Second one would put it towards maturing lab results from several partners who test mix&go / select and an upcoming announcement ( study of the ann cycle, what has been announced, what programs have started, I would not see a definate result in the very short term as many new outlooks just eventuated ).

In my opinion, it will be standard practice eventually to use this technology for bioassays, its just too advantageous to give it a miss.

This spike can be anticipation of this to materialise in the future. We could look at several of those spec spikes.



Then again, if one looks at OBJ in the moment which had great news lately and slumbers in hybernation in the sullen depths of the chart, it might mirror trader activities for a quick buck which leads me back to the cynical point above.


OBJ is a great example of what happens when traders are exiting the MD. Real accumulation periods are characteristically dull and a real test to the nerves of LT investors.
The other company, in my assessment, is played by traders.

BUT, Im a long term investor in it because I believe that it will be rerated in the not too distant future, but at a time when things will, most likely, look at bleak as on our share here momentarily.
