You contradict yourself! "at today's REE prices especially Hard Rock Rare Earths Mines it would be uneconomical to mine at the moment, Major Hard Rock mines profits have been low placing more pressure to secure these REO's."
Hard rock mines such as Mountain Pass and Lynas are now making profits, while Makuuta will remain to be uneconomical for a long while yet, if ever.
