I guess the main question about this company remains its ability to manage any downturn of the economy.

Just looking at their Australian business, it is quite interesting to see that they have been doing well during FY 24, while there was an increase for insolvent companies focused in particular on smaller companies, which are supposed to be their main customers.
So, I wonder if Servcorp is now enlarging its customer basis* as companies may require less office space.

It is surprising that, after a pause during several years, SRV is again increasing its capacity, when employment is beginning to deteriorate.
Looking at their performance in FY 24 and their comment so far for FY 25, SRV has not yet been affected.
Difficult to know what may explain such a performance : less competitive pressure ? ability to reach other types of customers ?

* we know that globally SRV increased its number of customers by 10 %.
