just came back from star casino...
they have new rule...
membership is needed to play in tables..
tables are max 8 players only...
some pokies need membership to able to play...
membership is need to exchange chips for cash...
star casino is deserted,
people dont want to sign up just to play pokies or tables...
worst part is the signup for membership has massive lines..
