Nope. There is a big difference between less toxic and protective. Bisantrene was though to be a less cardiotoxic anthracene derivative, but it is actually cardioprotective. The former causes no damage, whereas the latter repairs damage done - very, very different. Antibody drug conjugates are not new to oncology, and they can damage the heart.
