An MD on $180k while a Tech Director (read Exploration Manager) was on $120k?!? Please do a quick comparison with other companies mate or have a look on Seek. You’d barely get a graduate geologist in the field for $120k. They are now more appropriately remunerated reflecting their experience in the industry, but remain still on the very low end.

These guys are doing the work in the field and are hard working and incentivised to make discoveries whilst taking very little out of the exploration budget.

Making discoveries as a junior is not easy, if it was everyone would be doing it.
