After reading what you're referring to, I can absolutely see why you read it that way. It seems pretty clear there.
My source is Friday's Annual Report. I suspect it's correct because a) it's more recent, and b) it would have made more sense to simply have bought the full 51% in February and incorporate Gateway's earnings immediately.
Anyway, the fact there is a discrepancy amongst shareholders is poor.
