I've come to the conclusion that there are only really 2 reasons why they are trying to get these approved at the EGM and not the AGM which would be pretty soon after.
Either they have good news and are trying to set the bar low for these options or the bad news is they won't be flow testing till April may next year and trying to get these approved before the market clock's on by the AGM. So take your pick
