Someone smarter than me is going to have to explain why investment banks are suddenly so interested in owning LRS shares. Again, similar to the UBS sub notice - most of the ownership position is held by another nominee account.
To make it even more confusing, HSBC Custody Nominees is the nominee account, but it's being used by Goldman Sachs?
Is LRS just being used as proxy liquidity by lenders of PLS shares (as a way of closing out their PLS short position - assuming this deal is approved and LRS shares convert to PLS?)
