Don't assume, I know several porsche owners and have driven a few 911's myself, the highlight being a 992 GTS in germany on the autobahn. Hired in Stuttgart from the porsche museum. People i know wouldn't touch an EV from porsche. The porsche owners you may be refering to are probably influencers and showponies who have no clue about driving. Funny you think buyers won't be concerned about resale, look at all the original Tesla owners winging about being unable to sell their vehicles, these people paid good money for the model S etc, now useless.
Anyhow, the porsche EV looks great, when it dies it will still look good parked in your driveway, pull off the bonnet and grow some herbs in it.
