This is the laziest most unresearched comment, there are literally 100s of companies actually doing a lot better than ADN with management that actually work and hit targets and grow the company, some companies with market caps in the billions of dollars that pay themselves less than this management.
You ask for one, sure Ill keep it in the materials sector: PNR. Market cap $677 million.
What do they pay themselves:
A company actually doing well, and they pay themselves less than a third of what ADN management do.
PNR is an example (there are 100s more) of what happens when you have managament that actually want the company to do well rather than their own pockets.
This management at ADN is hardly giving the company a fighting chance, if they are taking out $3.66 million from the company accounts just for themselves each year, not to mention all the business trips and accommodation, etc billed to the company, the company has less working capital for actual company operations than looking after the management.
