re: Ann: USN: US NICKEL TAKEOVER OFFER FOR AR... ARD will be bankrupt if they don't accept USN offer or the shareholders will be MASSIVELY diluted. ARD need funds and recently they have proven that they are not capable of getting them and I'm sure the ARD and USN management know this. Why did ARD management let USN get such a significant stake in the company?
