At 30/6/2023:
- J O Hambro had 538.3m in Goodwill balance. Now written down to $121m (417m w/o)
- TSW had $208.8m in goodwill balance. Now written down to 78m (130m w/o).
It's non-cash which is important...but indicative of the trend on flows. My guess is more will come next year on Pendal.
Management, please focus on stemming outflows and cost reduction while maintaining FUM BPS please.
