ARD let USN gain a sizable stake in the company because USN paid a fair amount 20c a share.(I'm all for more investor like USN taking stakes at 20c) The takeover offer of 16c-17c(value of USN shares currently which would drop even further) ia a joke -USN don't have masses of cash at the bank either saying ARD will go bankrupt without the takeover doesn't mean the new USN will be any different cash wise..an the new USN would have even more shares outstanding from takeoever an in turn need to dilute futher for the next 4mill needed to get bullant into production an Kempfield ownership to 70% I really hope ARD holder say no to the takeover an in turn back ARD in a Cap raising I will an for one will be exercising my opts in 7 months time which in it's self bring ARD 6mill-8mill new funds if USN want ARD buy them like the rest of us don't expect ARD holders will bend over an be takeoever by a US nickel explorer
