Moet peeps can't get past Trump politics to look at the bottom line and that the Left and the Dems are geared up for socialism this has been the case for some time and the problem with socialism is it's nice in theory until someone has to pay .
FYI "unrealised capital gains tax" is already in Canada . So far Australia is quite sheltered from this type of thinking , there's no capital gains on the house you live in and any other asset you own there are discounts for time held where as else where CGT is charged and it's as high as 47% in the US I believe and 63% in Canada .
Now it will looked at on unrealised gains so EG you own 1,000,000 ASN shares via ANSNF in the US you bought at 6c USD the price rises to 66c USD for a 10 fold gain by EOFY but you don't sell making the gain unrealised but under KAMALAs scheme you will charged 25% CGT on that unrealised gain so that's a whopping $150,000 USD tax bill to pay on a gain that is IMAGINARY ?
But Trump is moron yeah right ??????
