They are useless!!! No problem taking your money but when it's the other way round....... They need a massive overhaul, perhaps they could spend some of the money they have been milking from their customers over the years. We've got direct debits supposed to come out and can't even transfer money into those accounts, no wages in from last week. Soon as this is rectified i will be pulling everything out and going elsewhere, have put up with their rubbish long enough.
