so corruption and brown paper bags paid to ministers to block avz at every angle has nothing to do with it?yes mamagement could have dome things different but they were also protecting what is rightfully theirs, as any business should do when they are attacked with force. The question is, would management have had to do anything of the sort if all processes on the DRC side was followed.... NO, obviously, they obtianed the 4 prerequisites to obtain the ML. Captain hindsight is a great tool to be used after the fact in normal circumstances but were talking about a strategic resource trying to be stolen from a co. that proved up the resource LEGALLY over years and years. A prime example of the corruption and bribery is manono lithium obtaining as far as we can tell off of cami within 12months.... Now tell me rattlerock, how does that happen without the above scenario.Again i reiterate management arent perfect but they sure as hell have followed the drc mining code and rules to a tee meanwhile they have a rug pulled from beneath them.icsid and icc have so far proven avz is right in what they own, and IMO will continue to find avz in the right moving forward.
