its pretty clear that synalit has been the issue for some time now and has severely affected the operations of a2 hence the SP being trash, they are a massive liability and risk. Now usually when have a liability like this an aim is to try remove, mitigate or isolate it. In this case whether that be establish other relationships other than synlait in order to rely less on them or even spend some cash getting own things in place.
Given the severity of the effect that synlait has had it should have been top priority to get rid of this asap. There has been no urgency shown whatsoever by management to address this. Sure there might have been some discussion with Yashilli but clearly its not been enough to mitigate synlait situation. what has been done for MVM that would reduce synlait risk....
Even after all that bs synalit pulled last year that caused a massive price drop for a2, they are still in the fold and are still causing problems for a2. I dont see them sorting things out as they are still in the trash and will still be a problem for a2.
