you know, if an employee goes to the boss and says "Ere ya garn boss. I reckon I deserve a pay rise, and some work mates to help me out".
How does the boss normally respond? "So, let have a look at your achievements this year and your workload. Hmm, now we're having this conversation, what have you achieved this year and how has it helped move the company forward?"
Can't see any reasons to vote yes to any of the resolutions. Anyone have any contrary thoughts? As Austin said, Throw Me a Frickin' Bone Here!
