If the board have done nothing wrong and they believe everything they have quoted in their ASX announcements over the years then Nige will show leadership and stump a decent whack of his own cash to protect his 50m freebies-

If he doesn't and is relying on large retail punters to fund years of legal fights then that would have to be the biggest red flag of the many red flags that has been the norm with this company over the last 3 years.
