    Yes, you are so right. My point is that all I keep hearing is that we don't have the money and we don't have the skill set. These are excuses, not reasons. As I have outlined the money will be there, but management needs to believe in the project, which I think has been more the problem.

    So what is the cost of not doing this? Well depending on the shipment it costs us $150 to $200 per ton shipped. If you take that across the full 113,000 JV tonnage, you end up with 22,600,000 in ocean shipping costs, You would also not have to ship spod to the port of Quebec, or truck spod to the railyard and the product (carbonate) that you would ship would be local to Quebec and weight 8 times less than spodumene. I don't have a great overall estimate of the savings but its pretty clear that 35 million would be a very conservative estimate, Now multiply that times a 20 year mine life and you get 700 Million is savings added on to the fact that we would no longer have a PLL OTA for spod.
