Our daughter was vegan for a year a while back but has settled into a more flexible vegetarian for the past 5 years or so.
Dinners are never a problem, but agree bbq can be a tad challenging … she is usually happy with plant based “sausages” (!) or marinated tempeh or even falafel with the salads we share … love good snags and a bbq seared medium rare eye fillet to then carve up or a medium sized snapper.
