Yes mate, I too commiserate with your vision problem. But there is an alternative...audio books. You dont even have to buy them, at least the classics you dont, because they are all available free on a huge website LibriVox and others. As I've mentioned already here, I don't read books now at all because of a concentration problem over the longer period required for novels. No problem with articles etc, but audio books provide a solution. Apart from that, my interest in cinema has expanded so much that little time is left for other indulgements.
