Surely a CR will be one outcome to get out of the hole they dug. How the ENN situation impacts on ECF I'm not sure, but ECF has taken a further tumble this past month or two. In ECF's case I also expect a CR but for a more straighforward reason which is to get the gearing down and a more favourable cap rate. They did try to flog off some assetts a while back to achieve this but that fell through, leaving as I saw it no option but to do an inevitable CR. Once I formed that view, despite being a long term holder for many years, I bailed.
