Morning all, can anyone who's a little more over the actual Healey set up answer something for me. I've read the recent(ish) announcements and trying to work out a couple of things:
1. How many patients are we hoping to recruit? I read that a regimen has 160-230 participants and there 5 regimens mentioned on one of the investor slides? 2. Are they going to be recruiting sufferers at all stages of progression (given so far, it's only advanced progression on trial). The slide seems to indicate that the MPL parameters have to be set, so perhaps this isn't finalised yet?
Sorry if these things are easily found, but I wasn't able to find a very simple answer. I'm keen to see how these results will transfer to a much bigger pool of sufferers, given we only had 12 to start with (now down to 9) so as much as the results look fantastic vs current SOC, I'm wary that such a tiny trial size might be one of those 3.4 in 10,000 odds (old mate who won $100M in powerball last week was 1:134M chance).
