Transaction Summary:

• Vection Technologies Limited (ASX:VR1) ("Vection") is seeking to raise a minimum of A$1.5M via a single tranche Placement at A$0.01 per share.
• The board reserves the right to accept oversubscriptions.
• VR1 will issue one (1) free attaching option ("Option") for every one (1) New Share issued pursuant to the Offer. The Options will be exercisable at A$0.018, each with an expiry 3 years from issuance and will be listed and issued subject to shareholder approval and ASX listing requirements.
• The proposed pricing represents a 23.1% discount to last close ($0.013).
• VR1 has mandated Evolution Capital as the Sole Lead Manager.
