    "BH et al has violated Linda's reputation that is without question". ....... so Higgins "violated" Reynolds? apparently the twits were merely drunken ramblings. nothing more.

    Reynolds reputation has never been good, so how could Higgins get al "violate" anything that others might think or say about Reynolds.

    if you claim violation you need to be able to prove how such violation occurred. did her polling slip? were people talking scathingly of her as a consequence?

    and what difference would such gossip that might occur make to her reputation when she's already resigned from her senatorial role? what harm was caused too Reynolds by these little SM squarks?
