You'd be pretty chuffed and proud I'm guessing at Putin's diligent efforts to date and the continuation of his no nonsense radical Transformation Programme in turning, as one classic example, a formerly useful Administrative Centre into with that which we see today Keg ? I wonder has Putin before and after pictures to admire in his Sitting Room ? Such canny allocation of Capital and resources isn't it...and well worth the effort ?
