The JP Morgan analyst tried to give the impression that all might NOT be well with the CORIS FDA De Nuova application. He queried about the Questions the FDA was asking. Anything wrong????? Mr Kavanagh was surprised but quickly recovered to remark that ALL FDA applications are followed by questions. It is procedure.
This sort of inference happened in Feb 22. The GS analyst while heavily discounting the new direct sales model just announced inquired why GE were not the distributor for CORIS.
Mr. Kavanagh informed him that GE has no interest in Endoscopy. You could feel the GS person being offended and publicly shamed as was the JP Morgan person today.
Severe shorting of NAN commenced then .
