Almost perfect sound reproduction (0.06%THD<30 Hz), miniscule size, zero phase delay makes perfect sound masking, and different volumes can be set according to listening position. Presumably, your teenager can be listening to their music in their bedroom with the sound focused on them so the sound does not intrude into other rooms. Maybe ultrasonic frequencies could be used to determine the listener's position so that the "sweet spot" can be maintained when stereo sound is being reproduced.
