As per my original statement, Spid does like to twist peoples posts
Commissioning and Ramp up in the original plan was to run throughput for 48hrs and then focus on the ramp up stage.
The only thing that has changed is they have made a decision and commitment to achieve the later before running the plant for a continuous 48hrs.
