According to the latest Rock Stock podcast, Arcadium is having an investor day on 19 September. Winsome, Sayona and Patriot are all having site visits in mid-September. To me that seems more than coincidental. Perhaps it is being driven by the Governments of Canada and the US, nervous about the rapid expansion of projects under the BRIC alliance.
I don’t think there is anything rapid about what the US and Canada have done so far.
