I hear you. I can only review what we now know about the court case, I definitely didn't predict it. I was just as frustrated, "just do something" as the great John Kennedy Senior once said.

But, DB doesn't do impulsive, he doesn't do random, he doesn't necessarily do popular either. He is calculated, methodical, and extremely cautionary in his approach. If people don't like that style, they know where the "sell" button is. It's a gazillion to one odds that he will change his style.

I had low expectations on the administrative hearing. That is, until the hearing got pulled and I really wanted it to be the Govt conceding. It wasn't, and the orders are extremely vanilla, standard court process.

People are welcome to vent if that helps, but it won't change how things pan out. I still maintain this doesn't get to hearing, but that's just my opinion.
