The TGC grade has always been 18% TGC, its only the modelling that was forecast a lower grade,

Now we know the plant throughput has been reduced during the ramp up period, you should be asking what specification graphite was being produced to warrant the reducing in the the throughput.

In simple terms, the graphite must have been below managements expectations and its customers specifications to reduce the output. I cannot wait to September to see how bad this lemon is. Will Jinpeng still be operating the plant, or will this be controlled by new owners?
