I can't imagine that they would LOSE this case!! It's completely IMO no brainer as it is written in the Judicial Review Act that U can appeal for a non decision - the only question being WHEN does it become toooo long a wait for a decision - 10 months since Oct 23 or 18 months since Consent Order OR. as Asset has stated in their application - over 1000 days for each application?!?!?
