i really find it surprising how long the lead times are in all the countries. For a product that will help save lives and is/could be a big revenue earner for the government/councils. It really takes a long time for it to implemented. You really would think the benefits outway any down side in a such a large way. That they should just have people knocking down their door. But it really seems like it takes years to win a contract
