My understanding is that the Cook govt is going to radically fastrack the approval process around EPA applications as he announced at a business breakfast on Dec 12 2023.
It seems the Office of the Appeals Convenor will be closed at some stage so hopefully AVLs approval will move along quickly.
It must be frustrating for all these companies just sitting around waiting.
