We were screwed over by ASX and ASIC, JK was put in a place of full self protection mode, therefore he screwed us over and now ASIC cant do shite and JK has all the power.
no matter what 'they' say, this all started due to the shorter report that highlighted performance shares which in the end he kept. We got screwed by just about everyone. ASX, ASIC, VISA, JK, Jlo, OM and that report. For anyone to say its all because of JK is just BS. He was the cause but the punishment handed out to SH was 10x the crime. These trolls like to say JK is just looking after his own. Lol.
- Jlo pretending to be honourable telling us about the report, but after selling and going short, LOL.
- ASX had a grudge and over penalised the company, not giving a rats about SH, they wanted it all stopped UNCLE Kev lost his job for it.
- ASIC finally tried to be useful, again overkill no thought for the SH
- OM JK haters wanted to make money with shorts and kill JK rise no thought for SH
- VISA competition in the long term, let's get them early, break some rules along the way, what jurisdictions?
- JK working for him and his, the only hope is his ego to stick it up all the above in time.
So my friend, give up, move on, we were chewed up and spat out by all. JK is our only hope. The Japanese live long and get past earthquakes and tsunamis quicker than anyone. Why? SHIGATA GA NAI.
