VET commencements in 2019 were approx 55k.
95k the new cap for 2025.
The crackdown is on the shonky operators with 150 dormant colleges already shutdown. I believe the vast amount of reduction is in cracking down on this sort of activity.
NXD might present a bullcase if you believe their story about positioning as quality and hence get a strong allocation of the cap.
Will be watching to see how this unfolds.
