just keeping it real, and also playing devils advocate (on behalf of those damned non holding pests and making a concession to them too: I know it pains me as well)
It's anything but the settlement that will/could have an impact on their finances going forward e.g. insurance premiums going up. I still maintain that it's likely not that material in the grand scheme of things, particularly with respect to a potential upcoming approval.
