I don't normally argue with fools, but I feel the obligation to correct your errors. BRE has Clay hosted monazite, which is different from carbonatite clays. This is the cheapest form of rate earths to mine if you just do a little bit of research. BRE and LYC have completely different mineralisation so I'm not sure where you're trying to draw the line between the two, considering BRE hasn't considered mining its clays at any point due to the economic viability of clays in our current climate. "Geological freak" may be the overstatement of the century, people have these kinds of results in the backyard in WA. DYOR
