Yep, exactly.
Guys like Tolga don't need to trade for pips, they dont call him the small cap whisperer for no reason, Simon Rushton wouldnt leave a cushy job at Min Res to take on a speculative project like M4M without seeing grander things, you can look through the entire management team and see that wherever they have gone, they have been successful. It doesnt look like a lifestyle company thats for sure.
