What I don't understand how they can say they are 'fully compliant' against the backdrop of tardy updates explaining why there is a one-year delay in releasing their covid results.
How they can say that the covid results would be released in September 2023 (August 2023) and in November 2023 they suggested the results would be out soon (sounded like days / weeks) and its is now a year later on and we still don't have the results or a reasonable explanation of what is causing the delay.
They haven't really told us what has caused the delay and why the results are this overdue. I might have missed an update. Surely, they should have said something on the lines of 'sorry holders, we said September 2023, but now due to x and y reasons and the covid results will be delayed by 6,12, 18 months'. Does this not amount to non-compliance? I don't know the rules that well.
@Giddy Up any thoughts (you seem to have a good grasp on these issues).
