There are almost 4 million reasons why something needs to happen NOW, not after September, or further down the track.
We need these UNTAQ options exercised. If they aren’t, then based on the last few 4C’s, we will need another CR in the next 12 months. If the SP is still 1.9, then the CR will have to be, say 1.5 cents and the SP will drop to 1.4 or below. That’s then a long way from the UNTOA 3 cent options. If they aren’t exercised in 2026, is there another CR in 2026?
Of course, if the platform is amazing, and generating revenue, it’s all a moot point, but there’s a few “if’s” in that hope.
So much better to get just a little interest in the next 2-4 weeks, to get the SP over 2.3, and get these UNTAQ’s exercised.
