Quite disappointed in this announcement. I accept that they have to invest in security and an comfortable that they're investing in the cloud platform for adjacent services but for the money they're spending there's nothing in there about what the customer can expect from it.
Have they done a ROI analysis for their investment in "Customer Relationship Managers"? They're an online broker FFS. If you're going after advisors then spell out the strategy please but to me this just looks like more wasted money (like crypto but in a different area).
If they're going after advisors then deliver some killer Advisor features and market them online. I thought all this non-ROI waste expenditure had ended but seem to have learned nothing.
Lost the plot imho.
