technically insurance is paying. this is the ideal outcome for my internal conflict of interest.
if you mean' paying' in terms of hurting the share price, as a significant holder i would choose to opt out if i felt it was impacting the companies prospects. and im not expecting much. at $20 ill pay the bar tab at the $20 party, if im invited.
so does that make it an fda "double backflip" now its potentially gone full circle.
note there was claims in relation to covid as well. not just gvhd.
